Wardrobe Theory Project is a biannual print magazine that explores how we consume, curate, and create. Led by Colin Behr, WTP is the study of consumption, style and sustainability. Their mission is for us to grow intimate with the items we already own: striving for mindfulness while simultaneously expressing our unique identity—peace by piece.

Bled™ developed a motion identity to visualize the analytical thinking behind WTP. Drawing from industrial and mathematical references, the animations explore the vastness contained within a single wardrobe.

The work is split into two parts: image-driven animations and traditional motion graphics. The image-driven pieces bring WTP’s catalogue to life, transforming static content into dynamic arrangements. By compiling, carouseling, and reconfiguring wardrobe elements in both 3D and layflat settings, we introduced dimensionality while keeping the editorial roots intact.

The traditional motion graphics, spanning icon animations and wireframe sequences, add a complementary, technical layer. Built to align with the graphic identity designed by Now Now, these animations give each WTP icon a measured, systematic movement. Lastly, our wireframe sequences draw on textbook-like visuals to convey the logic and scale of WTP.
